What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used. Related storage such as localStorage may hold your cookie choice.

How we use cookies

We use essential cookies and storage required for basic operation (including remembering your cookie preference). Optional analytics cookies help us see which succession planning articles are read most often. Analytics cookies load only if you choose Accept on the banner. Choosing Reject does not block browsing, forms, or consultation pages.

Managing cookies

Use the banner to Accept or Reject optional cookies on your first visit. You can clear site data in your browser to reset the choice and see the banner again. Browser settings also let you block third-party cookies or delete existing ones. Disabling essential storage may reset your consent preference each visit but will not remove access to our consultations information or contact form.

Third-party cookies

Embedded fonts from Google Fonts may result in network requests to Google. Analytics cookies, when consented, are third-party cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
